The candidate will deliver technical presentations in pre-sales situations, analyze user requirements, and develop pilot and production implementations.
Professional Service Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support Responsibilities:
- Develop product & presentation materials to be used during technical sales
- Present materials with sales representatives in web conferencing sessions or offsite.
- Provide technical support to sales staff in qualifying sales opportunities and determine appropriate ways to position and demonstrate the product to meet customer requirements
Requirements:
- Min. 3-5 years experience in a technical role supporting IT Enterprise Application development and maintenance.
- Heavy Travel Required
- Java J2SSE programming experience
- Relational Databases (SQL/ODDBC/JDBC)
- Web Technologies (HTML,Javascript,XML,Apache/Tomcat)
- Familiarity with middleware messaging systems (JMS)
- Strong presentation skills
- Outstanding analysis/problem solving skills
- BS/BA degree

SL Corporation is looking for a personable Solutions Engineer. This person analyzes business requirements and communicates solutions to users. Performs pre-sale functions in support of the sales cycle, including prototyping, architecting and explaining solutions implemented with SL products. Provides input regarding internal product or training improvements.
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the Enterprise Sales Representative has primary responsibility for direct sales and new business development for the company.The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years experience of enterprise software sales experience
- Experience with message-oriented middleware and other real-time technologies a plus
- Technical acumen with ability to present and sell technology products
in a business context- Hunter Mentality (strong prospecting skills)
- World-class presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Must be able to thrive in an environment requiring high degree of deadline-driven productivity, commitment, and follow-through
- Desire to work hard in a small team environment to ensure its success and the success of the company
- Experience with Salesforce.com (or similar), as well as standard software such as MS Office and Web applications
